I dont know how it works...it just does! Amazing! I am more aware of what i eat and have lost over a stone in weight since seeing Lorraine. I just don't eat rubbish like I used to anymore.

Amazing experience. After years of compulsive on line shopping and hitting the big 50. I decided I needed and wanted help. After couple message from Lorraine I instantly warmed to her and 2 weeks ago had my first session. I have not on-line shopped since... yes no temptation or need. The constant daily shopping for items left in my overflowing cupboards...things I thought I wanted but did not need and left in the box has stopped. Today I returned for my other compulsion...food! Over eating and eating rubbish. I had lost nearly 4 stone and it was creeping back on. I could not get back on track. Watch this space for updates. How do I feel? Many thanks for seeing me at short notice recently after I had a mini panic about an upcoming schedueled flight I needed to take a few days later. Although you informed me that ideally you would have liked to have spent a bit more time preparing me for the flight, you immediately put my mind at ease expressing that you could reduce the anxiety I was experiencing. After our session I left almost excited at getting to the airport to start testing the work we had done and the tools you had taught me. “My son recently was lacking in confidence and was generally anxious about learning to ride his bike. Nothing I tried worked or encouraged him enough. Lorraine, however, was able to spend time with my son exploring the reasons and anxiety he had around riding his bike. She had a gentle approach with him and really related to him and his feelings. My son felt embarrassed about it and she really reassured him. Lorraine was able to identify his fear and give my son some easy to use tools to take away with him. However, after just one session I took my son and his bike to the park and was amazed at the change in him. He was able to use the tools he had learnt and confidently started to ride his bike. I couldn’t keep up with him around the park! He was a different child. This confidence was not short lived either, and he continues to ride his bike well and confidently a month later.”
